Toucan Wines

Toucan Wines is our family owned and operated California micro-winery and vineyard focused on hand-crafted estate grown Zinfandel and Petite Sirah wines. Our limited production of estate wines from our 3½ - acre vineyard total a mere 400 cases. Small by any standard, micro-wineries like ours are focused on quality - it’s our wine’s limited production, our focus, and attention to detail that helps set our wines apart. Talley Vineyards

The goal at Talley Vineyards is to produce estate grown chardonnay and pinot noir wines of uncompromising quality that best reflect the unique characteristics of each of the Talley family’s five San Luis Obispo County vineyards. Complete control over all phases of winegrowing is the guiding principle: from the planting of vines ideally suited to each vineyard site, to viticulture and winemaking that emphasize long term sustainability, low yields and minimal processing, to the gentle bottling of the finished wine. Saucelito Canyon

Owned and operated by Bill and Nancy Greenough, Saucelito Canyon Vineyard utilizes three acres of some of the oldest Zinfandel vinestock within the entire Central Coast, dating back to the early 1880s. Saucelito also produces an additional seven acres of Zinfandel. In 1999 an acre of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec were planted. All of the established vineyard is dry-farmed, with some drip irrigation being used for experimental purposes on their latest plantings. In 1974, Bill purchased the property from Margaret Coyner and Barbara Tanis, granddaughters of the original owners and homesteaders of the Saucelito vineyard, Henry and Rosa Ditmas. The story behind these vintage Zinfandel vines dates back 120 years ago when they were first planted on the Rancho Saucelito homestead (named Saucelito for the property’s many bordering willow trees at the time).
